GENUINELY SOUTHERN FORESTS GRILLED ASPARAGUS WITH DUKKAH

Looking for a quick and tasty way to enjoy asparagus this season? This grilled asparagus recipe, seasoned with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and finished with a sprinkle of The Pickled Wife’s dukkah, brings out incredible flavours in just minutes.


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bunch of fresh asparagus, trimmed

  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1-2 tbsp The Pickled Wife’s dukkah (or more, to taste)


METHOD:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Toss the asparagus in olive oil, and season lightly with salt and pepper.

  3. Place asparagus on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until tender with a slight char.

  4. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle generously with dukkah. Serve warm and enjoy!
