INGREDIENTS
2 Genuinely Southern Forests fresh figs
2 Genuinely Southern Forests fresh passionfruit
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup granola
2 tbsp lupin flakes, toasted
2 tbsp Genuinely Southern Forests honey
METHOD
Place half the granola in the bottom of a medium sized drinking glass. Repeat with the second glass. Divide the yoghurt in two and layer it over the top of the granola in each glass.
Cut the passionfruit and remove the pulp. Divide and place on top of the yoghurt.
Stand the figs on their end, the widest part facing down. With a sharp knife, gently slice down, as if you were cutting a cake but leaving the base intact. Fan out the parts to make a flower. Push these into the glasses.
Sprinkle with the lupin and drizzle with honey.
Place in the fridge for about half an hour and the granola will soften and absorb the flavours.
